*Returns & Exchanges*
You may return anything purchased from the Cole Clark Online Store for an exchange or a refund (except used or worn merchandise & parts), within 14 days of receipt, if you are not completely satisfied.
* All returns must have prior authorisation and must have our return authorisation reference printed on the return.
* Any unauthorised returns may be refused.
* Return shipping costs are your responsibility; unless the reason for return is an error on our part (i.e. you received incorrect, defective or damaged product).
* Cole Clark merchandise must be returned in its original box or packaging.

When you contact us, please be prepared to supply your Cole Clark Invoice Number and the details used for the online purchase.
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the item returned is no longer available, we will either replace the item with a similar product that is current and available, or may issue a credit to the card used in the initial transaction.
